| | Hansson & Karlsson - Monument | ] | So i moved out of Ze Rose and back into my old room at my mom's place. Living in Copenhagen was too stressful for me, and i really missed Fester. My body was aching for almost a week after i moved all my stuff, i guess that's what i get for buying so many records.
I'm sick again.. Not only do i hate being sick, but i hate when people say "You're always sick!" even more. My immune system has always been kinda lame, but after i became a vegetarian and lost 25kg i'm freezing like crazy all the time. I spent alot of time transfering all my files to my new external HD and at one point, i had two laptops and two external HD's runnig at the same time, in my tiny chamber. This made the room so hot that i was starting to think i might had teleported to somewhere warm (i can only think of Australia for some odd reason). So i opened my window to get some fresh air and BAM! i was sick the next morning :(
I pre-ordered the super limited edition new Meshuggah album KOLOSS (on brown vinyl) back in january, and i still haven't recieved it. I think it's really lame how they always promise that you'll get it on the release date when you pre-order. I am so going to boycot it along with "For People in Love" by Hansson & Karlsson... |

| I'll never get over this!!! |
[Mar. 24th, 2012|07:45 am] |
The record label Treffpunkt can take their strictly limited, 500 copy, 2 LP edition of the compilation album "For People in Love" by Hansson & Karlsson, and shove it somewhere dark and smelly.
Seriously! How about making enough vinyls for all of us for a change, but no!! Apparently it's way more fun to tease everyone else in the entire frikkin' universe by deliberately keeping this album from people like me (who is in love with the music of Hansson & Karlsson). I own all three of their albums from the late 1960's and they were not half at hard to find than this piece of mystery. It could be the worst album in the history of mankind, but i would never know, because i can never listen to this album without resorting to piracy (which i won't), and their lame preview clips on soundcloud doesn't help much either.
So i'm going to do the same thing as i did with Opeth's Damnation album and BOYCOTT it until i can buy it (legally) on vinyl...!
..this is pretty unrelated, but i just found out some fun facts about the word "boycot": http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Boycott |

| Temporary website is up!!! |
[Jan. 12th, 2012|12:19 pm] |
My website (moralix.com) has been down for almost 6 months, and i miss having a site. But right now i don't have any money to spare, not even to pay for a host for moralix.com :'( A while ago i was forced to work with bricksite (a rather simple web-site app with flashy templates) but now that i don't need it anymore, i decided to use the free space for something constructive, instead of just deleting the site. So last night, i got rid of as much template as i could, without having to pay for it, and made it into a little portfolio for my music and photos.
I must admit that if i'd known that i'd use this site for anything, i would have picked a better url, because this one is pretty lame. But here it is "Psychedelic Ponies Under Construction":

| The new years post 2011 |
[Dec. 31st, 2011|02:53 pm] |
This is kind of an all night thing, so this post will probably extended alot during this last evening of 2011.
I have been down with a cold ever since december 26th and it really put a damper on my need to go out celebrating. So i decided that i would try celebrating new years eve without a drop of alcohol. Last year i celebrated with my bro and most of the guys from the neigbourhood. It was really fun, but there was free beer and if there's something that doesn't go well together it's me and free booze. I hadn't been drinking for a while because i spent all of december 2010 with the dreaded pneumonia. I got so hammered that i managed to get this crazy anxhiety attack the next day, which sometimes happens when i drink too much.
But enough depressing stuff, this is a night of celebration, and even though i will be staying inside this year, i'm sure it's going to be a night to remember ^^
(>^.^)> *STAY TUNED FOR MORE NEW YEARS SHEENANIGANS!!!* <(^.^<) |

| Public domain flicks - "Night of the Living Dead" |
[Dec. 10th, 2011|10:49 pm] |
I accidently clicked on my name on a comment i made on gothbarbie.se and i ended up in here. Reading her movie reviews made me realize how long it has been since i've done a review myself (or updating in general for that matter).

I'm going to venture deeper into the wonderful world of public domain flicks, and hopefully find another forgotten classic to review. In the meantime, here's George A. Romeo's classic Night of the Living Dead (1968) brought to you by archive.org

| Greatest (Netlabel) Hits - Graphiqsgroove |
[Nov. 17th, 2011|09:46 am] |

Hoshi (SoundCreater / Drummer / GraphicDesigner)is amazing, and i listen to his Graphiqsgroove series all the time. It reminds me a bit of Namco Sound Team's amazing soundtrack to the game Ridge Racer Type 4 (one of the best video game soundtracks in the history of awesomeness). But for a someone who offer their music for free, the sound is much richer and more complex, where some of the themes in RR Type 4 were a bit repetetive.

Graphiqsgroove 2009: http://www.jamendo.com/en/album/57248
I found a link to his blog today, but i only had a quick look around. There might be more tracks to download there: http://graphiqsgroove.blog46.fc2.com/ |
